- 2nd Floor floor joists and T&G subfloor
- 2×6 Trusses and gables
- 20ft Dormer for one side of the 2nd floor
- Two 36in. x 80in. 9-Lite doors for entry and egress
- Two 32in. x 36in. and two 36in. x 36in. insulated windows
- All hardware to assemble
- Choice of 3-Tab shingle colors including Brown, Charcoal, and Gray
- Drip edge and felt paper
- House wrap
- Drywall, joint tape, joint compound, and drywall screws to cover interior and ceilings
- Documentation to assist the customer in obtaining a permit. Including elevations, cross-sections suggested interior layout, and mechanical drawings for wiring, plumbing, and heating
- State-sealed stamped drawings for the load limits of the truss system and 2nd floor
Available as an optional purchase is a wood floor system to build the building upon. This does not include posts and beams or foundations to support the floor.
