Backyard storage or cabin in the woods… Not a pole building, built like your house with wall studs 16″ on center. Our 16′ wide Richmond provides two floors of unobstructed storage. High side wall on lower level with clear span full loft for bonus room above. Customize to your needs. Because you are assembling the Richmond you have the ability to choose the number of windows, type and quantity of doors allowing you to place them in the locations of your choosing.

All necessary hardware is provided, including door hinges, a latch, hurricane straps for trusses, nails, glue for gussets, and a detailed instruction manual.
Not Included:
Paint, shingles, and roof edging are not included and must be supplied by the owner. The porch shown in the images is for demonstration purposes only and is not included, serving as an example of possible customization options.
Flooring & Foundation:
The floor and foundation are not included and must be provided by the customer. Due to the size of this building, foundation requirements may vary based on local building codes. Both wood and concrete slab foundations are suitable options. Be sure to consider the intended use of your shed when selecting the best foundation for your needs.
